On September 11, the 6th Plenum of the Sino-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee, jointly organized by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Kazakhstan Sacca Funds, was held at the Diaoyutai State Guest House in Beijing. Mr. Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Mr. Zhang Shenfeng, Vice President of CCPIT, extended warm congratulations on the openings of the meeting and to all guests. About 300 entrepreneurs from China and Kazakhstan, including Mr. Cao Xiaorong, Vice President of Suntech Power, who was the only business representative invited and engaged in photovoltaic industries, took part in the conference.
